FFP Scheduler
The FFP Scheduler is responsible for creating and managing production schedules to meet demand while optimizing resource utilization. The position involves analyzing production capacity, forecasting demand, and coordinating with manufacturing teams to ensure timely delivery of products. Additionally, they are responsible for monitoring inventory levels and adjusting plans as necessary to minimize disruptions.
What you will do
Develop and execute production plans for GI & Tech/FAN with planning working team advisor by coordinating between multiple groups locally and at the corporate level. Ensures product availability leveraging on profound knowledge about the managed production resources and systems, driving process standardization and maintaining strong relationship with the key interfaces.
Key tasks & responsibilities:
Plan and execute short-term production schedules for GI production and short- to mid-term production plans for TECH/FAN operations to meet customer demand, business priorities, and manufacturing-capacity requirements.
Coordinate closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Logistics, Customer Service, and other cross-functional teams to maintain a reliable flow of raw materials, bags, packaging materials, and finished goods.
Monitor production schedules, demand signals, material availability, and relevant business conditions to anticipate supply risks, changing order patterns, and operational constraints.
Create, release, monitor, and adjust process orders in alignment with production requirements.
Create and manage purchase orders for raw materials and bags, ensuring timely availability of required materials and supporting uninterrupted production.
Own inventory planning and management for raw materials, bags, packaging materials, and finished goods, including monitoring inventory levels, maintaining appropriate safety-stock parameters, identifying potential shortages or excess inventory, and initiating actions to mitigate inventory-related risks.
Use data analysis to evaluate demand, inventory, production performance, material consumption, capacity, and supply trends.
Translate insights into practical planning actions, identify opportunities to improve service, inventory health, and production efficiency, and support effective decision-making across the supply chain.
Implement production-planning strategies aligned with business demand requirements, maximizing manufacturing efficiency while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, service, and cost objectives.
Track and drive relevant production-planning KPIs, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and support initiatives related to safety, capacity, quality, service, and cost performance.
Provide short-, medium-range planning input to address supply, production, procurement, and logistics issues, helping ensure operational continuity and an effective response to changing customer and business requirements.
Qualifications & competencies:
BS Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, and/or related field and 2+ years experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics or Planning.
Capability to act in solving problems using analytical approaches and deal effectively with changing situations and maintain composure in pressure or conflict situation.
Apply knowledge, evaluate, and select alternatives based on realistic limits and different perspectives.
Understands the full implication of actions before proceeding; consistently motivate self, take calculated risks, make timely decisions, improve results, persist despite opposition and obstacles.
Communicate and collaborate effectively and promptly with all levels of the organization, supporting department and use active listening skills.
Proficiency with SAP modules such as Production and Planning, MES and MS Office Applications
ASCM certification is preferred.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary of $ - per year. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant).
