Fhn Operations Account Services CoordinatorFHN Financial Memphis Back Office Operations is looking for an individual to provide support and oversight within the Account Services Group.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:The successful candidate will work closely with sales and compliance to ensure the client accounts meet Compliance standards.Processing of customer accounts across multiple systems.Coordinate incoming account documentation and review for completeness and accuracy.Perform compliance and regulatory review prior to opening the customer account.Prepare documents and correspondence for customers requesting additional information and/or documentation from the customer.Communicate with sales reps and sales assistants regarding account set-up status and documentation needs.Create and maintain files.Communicate with BSA/AML Compliance area regarding account set-up and approvals.Qualifications:The successful candidate must possess strong communication skills and an attention to detail.
