Job description
Surf Internet seeks a Fiber Construction & Splicing Manager in Elkhart, IN. Lead and supervise crews in installation, maintenance, repair, and splicing of fiber optic networks, including aerial and underground work.
Manage internal construction and splicing teams and ensure quality and safety standards while serving as the primary technical contact for Indiana projects. This role requires 5+ years in fiber optic/construction, supervisory experience, CDL preferred, and ability to travel.
