Now Hiring: Fiber Optic Operator – Level 1Join our team as a Fiber Optic Operator – Level 1, where you will perform essential assembly tasks including inserting fiber segments into connectors, installing backshells, and routing assemblies on form boards. You will follow controlled documentation and established processes to ensure high-quality, accurate builds that meet customer specifications and QMS standards within a clean, teamwork-focused manufacturing environment.We're seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills. No prior experience is required-training is provided-but experience in fiber optics or assembly is a plus.
