Colliers Engineering & Design seeks a senior Discipline Leader to guide our Utility Design Engineering fiber practice in Florida. You will lead strategic growth, mentor staff, and oversee project delivery while strengthening client relationships and expanding services.
With 15+ years in fiber design and a proven track record in business development, you will shape paths to new markets and ensure financial performance. Travel to offices and project sites is required.
