Job description
LaminatorDo you have an eye for detail? Are you a bit of a perfectionist? If so, you may be a great fit for a laminator. Laminators use rollers to smooth out air bubbles and seams on our decks, hulls, and small parts. This is a full-time position. Our production schedule is Monday - Friday, 5:00 a.m. - 3:45 p.m. Hours may vary depending on production needs.What you will do:Release air bubbles and smooth seams using rollersSelect precut fiberglass strips and place onto prepared moldsPat or press layers using brushes or hands to smooth out wrinklesTo be considered, you must have:Attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPride in doing a great jobExcellent time management skills and the ability to be at work on time every dayAbility to work in a non-temperature-controlled environmentPreferred Education and Experience:Experience with manual assemblyBilingual Spanish/EnglishThis job operates in a manufacturing plant environment. This role routinely wears protective clothing and masks.
