Job description
Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine’s PECS team seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Indianapolis territory, including surrounding cities. This role prioritizes patient access education, payer interactions, and seamless reimbursement support.
On-site visits are balanced with fieldwork, up to 75% travel, to ensure optimal access and adherence to policies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage education needs for HCPs, driving solutions that improve patient outcomes
