Field Accounting AdministratorThis position is an administrative role focused on financial and accounting functions in the office. The Field Accounting Administrator is responsible for a variety of accounts payable and/or accounts receivable tasks in accordance with BELFOR standard procedures.Essential FunctionsEnter rate and material billing accurately into the ActiMate systemCoordinate billing with Home Office for national accountsPost final customer invoicesPut together billing package and sending out to customersMaintain accurate billing files and historical finance recordsAssist in tracking of Home Depot and Lowes receipts to ensure jobs are costed correctlyEnter time and material billing into T&M ProCoordinate with National Billing Team in order to ensure accurate invoicing and collectionsEnter accounts payable recordsPerform check runsManage vendor onboarding and ensure compliance with vendor requirementsParticipate in Month End Review processIssue purchase ordersWork as a team with local and national operations to promote customer satisfaction, sales growth, and the success of the entire BELFOR organization.Other projects and duties as assignedRequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent1+ years of administrative or accounting experienceStrong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).Strong math skillsSolid computer skills, including a proficiency at using Office Suite and Google productsAbility to work under time constraints to meet specific timelinesAbility to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Physical RequirementsOccasional lifting from 5-40 lbs, unassisted (from 0-15% of the time)Sitting for extended periods of timeManual dexterity needed for keyboarding and other repetitive tasksThe ability to bend, crouch, or stand as necessary.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees, and are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties and skills required of personnel so classified.BELFOR Holdings is an Equal Opportunity Employer
