Job description
A leading provider of packaging solutions is seeking a Field Application Support Specialist to provide complex hands-on technical assistance and troubleshooting at customer sites. This role involves supporting machinery optimization, documenting processes, and working closely with international headquarters and Field Service teams. The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s Degree in a relevant field and 4 years of related experience, with strong knowledge of mechanical and electronic systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced troubleshooting skills are essential.
