Job Opportunity at Honeywell TechnologiesYou will work closely with the Aerospace and Defense business to develop and execute sales strategies, provide technical expertise, and cultivate strong customer relationships. You will report directly to Sales Director for Aerospace. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the growth and profitability of our organization by identifying new business opportunities, driving growth in the assigned market, and delivering customer-centric solutions. Other US locations considered.Responsibilities include:Managing a portfolio of advanced application and system solutions with key Aerospace and Defense customersDeveloping and executing technical sales strategies to achieve business objectivesBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partnersIdentifying new business opportunities and driving growth in the assigned marketCollaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutionsManaging a Portfolio: Overseeing a portfolio of advanced applications and system solutions tailored to the customer's needsDeveloping Growth Strategies: Collaborating with the SAM to formulate and execute sales strategies aimed at achieving business objectives with the supported customers, thereby directly contributing to revenue growthBuilding Relationships: Identify and develop strong relationships with engineers and key technical partners for new project opportunities which are essential for long-term business successIdentifying Opportunities: Proactively identifying new business opportunities within the Aerospace and Defense markets, along with the technical capability to drive growthCross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions that enhance client satisfactionAccount Strategy: Provide daily technical support and problem resolution with your sales partnersYou must have:5+ years of experience in sales engineering roles, with a focus on advanced applications and systemsTechnical background in advanced application and systems engineeringTechnical background in sensing salesAerospace and Defense experienceWe value:Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematicsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to influence at varying levels across the organizationAbility to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environmentAbility to work in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environmentStrategic thinking and problem-solving abilitiesMBA or Advanced Degree preferredTrack record of exceeding financial targetsEffectively getting results in a matrixed organization structureClear communication and vision-setting skillsProfessional presence and communication skills to interact with customers at all levels of the organizationDeveloping and fostering strong customer relationshipsStrategic mindset to scope tasks and achieve goalsTimely decision-making in the face of complexity and ambiguityAbility to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholdersEnsuring customer satisfaction quality, reliability, from a technical perspectiveClassified ClearanceOther languages valuedThis position is Incentive Plan Eligible.Benefits of working for Honeywell include a competitive salary range of $117,000 – $146,500, a comprehensive benefits package, and leading-edge work alongside dedicated experts.Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person.Honeywell Technologies is a global, pure-play automation company committed to enhancing the quality of life for people and communities around the world.Honeywell is an equal opportunity employer.
