Field Application EngineerWe are seeking a dedicated Field Application Engineer who will be responsible for understanding customer requirements and making necessary modifications to meet their needs. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and analyze customer requirements to provide tailored solutions.Collaborate with clients to modify applications and ensure they meet specific needs.Develop new products and improve existing ones by integrating mechanical engineering principles.Engage in troubleshooting to resolve technical issues efficiently.Interact with clients to gather feedback and provide technical support.Essential SkillsProficiency in mechanical engineering and applications engineering.Experience in new product development and design.Strong troubleshooting abilities.Excellent client interaction skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in robotics is advantageous.Strong cross-departmental communication skills.Work EnvironmentThe role involves working closely with clients and internal teams, focusing on engineering and design applications. The work environment encourages collaboration and innovation, utilizing the latest technologies in mechanical and robotics engineering.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Plano, TX.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $48.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
