This role will perform work covered by International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Viable candidates for this position must be eligible for an export license or be a U.S. Person (which includes but is not limited to U.S. citizens or nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees).

What You'll Do

Demand Creation & Design Wins: Drive demand creation by maximizing Arrow content on customer designs and securing high-ROI engineering investments.

Technical Solution Selling: Leverage deep technical expertise, engineering resources, and solution-selling strategies to solve complex customer requirements.

Cross-Functional & Sales Collaboration: Partner with sales, internal departments, and suppliers across pre- and post-sales activities to deliver technical consulting and align design priorities.

Strategic Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across suppliers and customers, managing expectations and executing strategic initiatives.

Continuous Learning & Alignment: Participate in ongoing supplier technical training to stay current on emerging technologies and conduct joint research to support customer designs.

Who We're looking for

Bachelor's Degree or related Engineering degree.

FPGA experience.

Experience using CRMs

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel

Sales experience is a plus.

Work Arrangement :

Hybrid: Hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home in San Jose, CA.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate: $91,900.00 - $182,000.01 Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
