Field Appointment SetterConnect with homeowners at retail locations and community events, introduce Renewal by Andersen, answer questions, and schedule free in-home consultations. This role requires strong communication and comfort meeting new people. Paid training provided. No sales experience required.Staff retail locations, booths, and community events; engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversations; educate customers about Renewal by Andersen products and services; schedule qualified free in-home consultations; represent the Renewal by Andersen brand in a positive and professional way; assist with event setup and teardown; and track leads and activity using a tablet or smartphone.We're looking for someone who is outgoing and comfortable speaking with new people, has strong communication and interpersonal skills, has a reliable and punctual work ethic, is dependable and comfortable working independently, can stand for extended periods, can lift up to 75 lbs., has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, can pass a background check, and has a high school diploma or GED.$20.00/hour plus performance-based bonuses. Bonuses are based on appointments set and individual performance. Benefits include paid training, 401(k) with company match, life insurance, and mileage reimbursement.This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling based on your availability.
