Field Appointment SetterConnect with homeowners at retail locations and community events, introduce Renewal by Andersen, answer questions, and schedule free in-home consultations. This role requires strong communication and comfort meeting new people. Paid training provided. No sales experience required.EVENTS AGENT Location: Des Moines | Job Type: Part-Time | Pay: $20.00/hour + performance-based bonusesPOSITION OVERVIEW: We're looking for an outgoing and dependable Events Agent to represent Renewal by Andersen at retail locations, community events, and promotional activations. In this role, you'll connect with homeowners, introduce them to our products and services, schedule free in-home consultations, and track leads and activity. You'll spend most of your time working promotional events and speaking directly with homeowners. No sales experience is required. We provide paid training to help you feel confident in the role. We're looking for someone who communicates well, enjoys meeting new people, and takes pride in representing the Renewal by Andersen brand professionally.RESPONSIBILITIES: Staff retail locations, booths, and community events; engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversations; educate customers about Renewal by Andersen products and services; schedule qualified free in-home consultations; represent the Renewal by Andersen brand in a positive and professional way; assist with event setup and teardown; and track leads and activity using a tablet or smartphone.QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: We're looking for someone who is outgoing and comfortable speaking with new people, has strong communication and interpersonal skills, has a reliable and punctual work ethic, is dependable and comfortable working independently, can stand for extended periods, can lift up to 75 lbs., has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, can pass a background check, and has a high school diploma or GED.COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: $20.00/hour plus performance-based bonuses. Bonuses are based on appointments set and individual performance. Benefits include paid training, 401(k) with company match, life insurance, and mileage reimbursement.LOCATION & SCHEDULE: This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling based on your availability. Evening and weekend shifts are required.
