Verbal Beginnings, a BCBA-owned ABA therapy provider, seeks a field-based BCBA in Maryland to bring clinical care into homes, schools, and communities. You will collaborate with RBTs and supervisors to deliver evidence-based treatment and support families.
This role offers flexible scheduling, travel to client locations, and compensation of $90–$95 per hour with total earnings potential over $116,000 annually, plus bonuses for supervision and referrals.
