Job description
Verbal Beginnings is seeking a field-based BCBA to bring ABA therapy directly to the homes, schools, and communities of clients in Maryland. You will collaborate with RBTs and clinicians to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote independence and meaningful outcomes for children with autism.
Your role involves coaching families, supervising staff in the field, and contributing to a BHCOE-accredited training environment.
