Verbal Beginnings is seeking a field-based BCBA in Maryland to deliver evidence-based ABA services in homes, schools, and communities. You will develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and coach families to apply strategies across everyday settings.
Travel within assigned regions is required, with flexible scheduling based on caseload and personal goals. The role offers competitive hourly compensation of $90–$95, with a potential annual earnings around $187k–$198k and up to $8,000
