Job description
Verbal Beginnings is seeking a field-based BCBA to deliver ABA services in homes, schools, and community settings across Maryland. You will design and refine individualized treatment plans, mentor RBTs, and coach families to reinforce progress in daily life.
Ideal candidates hold a Master's in ABA, BCBA, and Maryland licensure or in progress, with strong supervision experience. Expect flexible scheduling and a robust compensation package with incentives and relocation support.
