Catalent is seeking a Senior Account Director, Cell & Gene Therapy, to drive new business across our manufacturing network. This field-based, hunter-focused role identifies and secures opportunities with biopharma companies, guiding them from initial engagement through contract execution.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in life sciences sales with a consultative approach and a proven track record closing biotech opportunities, including relationships with technical and executive stakeholders.
