Job description
Aurora Health Care in Milwaukee seeks a Registered Nurse to join an interdisciplinary team providing comprehensive patient care. You will perform scheduled visits, assess physical, psychosocial and environmental factors, and update the care plan based on findings.
You will communicate treatment changes to physicians and the primary nurse, document records accurately, assist with discharge planning, and ensure adherence to agency and facility policies.
