Job description
VitalCaring Group is seeking a Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist to lead evaluation and treatment of patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in homes across the Houston area.
You will develop individualized care plans, provide evidence-based interventions, and educate patients and caregivers while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team. A state license and CCC-SLP preference are required for this role.
