Job description
Owens Corning's Lumber sales leadership role focuses on executing the commercial strategy, driving growth across regions, channels, and customer segments. You will coach a nine-person sales team and partner with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Finance to translate objectives into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
You will lead day-to-day sales execution, influence pricing, targeting, and messaging, and monitor performance to close gaps.
