Job description
Adaptive Home Health, LLC seeks a field-based Occupational Therapist (OT) to evaluate and deliver skilled OT visits in patients’ homes across Texas. You will build care plans focused on ADLs/IADLs, safety, and independence, and coordinate with nurses and the broader care team.
You are paid per productivity point ($75.00 per point, 30 points per week) with potential annual earnings in the $100k–$130k range, reflecting market productivity and territory needs.
