Job description
Amgen seeks a Patient Access Liaison (PAL) to support patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers in navigating insurance coverage and reimbursement for Amgen therapies. This field-based role partners with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Advocacy, and Case Management to ensure timely access to therapy.
The PAL educates on payer requirements, prior authorization, and coverage, while addressing access barriers and supporting patient financial assistance programs. Travel up to 50% is required.
