Job description
Adaptive Home Health seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver skilled PTA visits in patients’ homes under the supervising PT. This full-time, field-based position follows a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekends and compensates per productivity point, typically $75,000–$100,000 per year.
You’ll work on gait/balance, transfers, strengthening, home safety, and caregiver coaching, with documentation in Homecare Homebase.
