Job description
Vaco Recruiter Services is seeking a Regional HR Business Partner for a field-based role covering Northern California. The position requires 30% travel and is onsite in San Francisco when not traveling to multiple sites.
You will partner with corporate leadership and on-site operations, support a high-volume workforce, manage HR programs, and drive engagement across up to 1000 hourly employees. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years HR experience are required.
