Job description
Berkshire Hathaway GUARD Insurance Companies is seeking a distribution leader at the Director or AVP level to drive growth across a multi-state region (AL, TN, GA, NC, VA, DC, MD, FL, SC, MS). This field-based role requires extensive travel and frequent face-to-face engagement with agency partners and Territory Managers.
You will develop leaders, execute regional sales strategies, and monitor market dynamics to deliver profitable results.
