MERS Missouri Goodwill Industries is seeking an energetic Retention Specialist to join our PLB team in Missouri. This role supports our mission of Changing Lives Through the Power of Work and emphasizes our values of diversity, integrity, and respect.
The position requires a High School Diploma with social services experience; a Bachelor's is preferred. Travel is 75%, and compensation is hourly with full-time benefits.
