Job description
Cypress Coast Care in North Carolina is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Case Manager. This field-based role emphasizes in-home supervisory visits, supporting caregivers and nurses, ensuring services meet state regulations, and maintaining client safety.
The role requires NC RN license, at least 2 years nursing experience (1 year home care preferred) and willingness to travel across our service area, with proficiency in WellSky EHR.
