Job description
Adaptive Home Health in Thornton, Colorado, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) - Case Manager to deliver skilled home care. This full-time position offers a yearly salary of approximately $85,000–$105,000, with additional mileage compensation.
You will coordinate patient assessments and work closely with other clinicians to ensure comprehensive care. The ideal candidate will hold an unrestricted RN license and possess strong clinical judgment, as well as experience with wound care and infusion therapy.
