Compass Pathways is seeking a Therapeutic Sales Specialist to drive adoption of a novel mental health therapy across certified treatment centers. This field-based role requires building strong clinical education and payer-facing partnerships while coordinating with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Customer Support to enable patient access.
