Job description
Molina Healthcare Inc is seeking a Field Care Manager (RN) to support Medicaid members in the Houston area. This role includes in-person home visits, care coordination across LTSS, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality, cost-effective care. 25-40% local travel is anticipated.
The ideal candidate will be an active Texas RN with strong MS Office skills and a proven ability to engage diverse populations while managing multiple priorities.
