Field Construction ManagerFusion Solutions is looking for a Field Construction Manager for Ericsson in Western PA / Jamestown and Pittsburg, PA, Austin, TX, Denver, CO and New York City, NY. These projects are to support Ericsson / AT&T swaps from Nokia to Ericsson and for Tesla in Austin. Start: August 2024 Duration: 2 years + Markets:Western PA: Project in Jamestown is for Verizon Regeneron – Project in Pittsburg is for ATT UPMCNYC: ATT Nokia to Ericsson swap, MOD and NSB rollingDenver, CO: AT&T swaps from Nokia to Ericsson, MOD and NSB rolloutsAustin, TX: TeslaNumber of Jobs Open: 12 (3 for each market) Pay Rate: $20 W2 + $34 Per Diem – Total: $54/hr – Overtime: $50/hr W2 plus mileage (if you travel outside of the home-market, then hotel is also covered) – First 50 miles is home-market radius and non-billable for mileageFusion offers full suite of benefits with health, dental, vision, 401k (we match), LT / ST Disability and life insurance. We also provide ADP portal for easy access of paystubs and accruals. We run weekly payroll.Scope of Work:WPA- This will be anywhere from 1.5 to 2-year contract. The primary coverage will be two large projects, ATT UPMC (Pittsburg) and VZW Regeneron (Jamestown). There is a chance they may support other small projects that pop up in the area but will be limited.CO- Expectation will be a full 2-year contract. Primary coverage will be the ATT Nokia swap program this year then MODs and NSB rolling into next year.Austin, TX- Expectation will be 1-1.5-year contract. This will be supporting Tesla in the Austin, TX area.NY- Expectation will be a full 2-year contract. Primary coverage will be the ATT Nokia swap program this year then MODs and NSB rolling into next year.Responsibilities Include:Assess and control charges to the agreed site designEnsure that all Service Providers are adhering to Ericsson standards, processes and procedures as well as all Federal and Local standardsCoordinate site activities and assure that all disciplines directly involved in the project are in phase with the Project goals and objectivesEnsure that Service Providers and vendors/suppliers meet all the technical specifications with respect to E/// and customer specificationsPerform site pre-inspections and coordinate post-construction auditsProvide accurate status information on the progress to project managementSupervise, coordinate and monitor works with the Service Providers and other disciplines that have an interface with the Civil Works part of the projectTeam leadership focusing on quality and resultsWrite claims, order and return materialsExperience/Qualification Level Minimum of 1-2 years of experience: Job-related experience with project builds of over 100 sites Reports to Senior CMAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
