Job description
SQUAN is seeking a Field Construction Supervisor to oversee field crews and ensure safety, quality, and on-schedule project delivery. You will educate and lead by example on safety procedures, monitor ongoing work, and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to keep projects within budget.
The role requires strong communication, ability to travel to multiple sites, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/financial software. CDL is preferred but not required.
