Job description
Field CoordinatorJob Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist the Sprinkler Superintendent with the management of service sprinkler parts, organizing asset information electronically, and providing the technicians with immediate support of materials needed for the Sprinkler Service Team. Work with vendors and customers to coordinator scheduling of jobs.Maintain an organized parts and material roster for items needed for each job orderCoordinate with vendors and customers for scheduling of times, dates, delivery and technician timeframesUpdate list of current and new needs of materialProvide backup support for technician scheduling or adjustmentsContact the architect/electrical contractors to capture all bid opportunitiesGeneral administrative tasksPhone support/rotation at reception area for lunchesAssist Superintendent with outbound calls, coordinating of adjustments needed to the teamKnowledge:High school diploma is requiredBachelor's Degree is preferredWork Experience:Customer Service experience for sales department or sales administration backgroundSALESFORCE CRM experience highly preferredProject coordination or project support experienceSkills and Competencies:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to follow verbal and written instructionsDetail oriented with excellent organization skillsAbility to effectively utilize computers and software including Microsoft Office Suite, Computer Ease and other software required by the CompanyAbility to maintain accurate and auditable recordsAbility to work in a fast-paced service/construction team environmentAttention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and qualityAbility to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlinesPhysical Requirements:100% Office Setting, including sitting, some bending, walking and viewingLifting up to 50lbs with support as needed
