Lead Excellence in Electrical ManagementJoin Rytec Electric's Field Coordination Team Today!Company Name: Rytec ElectricJob Title: Field Coordinators / ElectricianJob Type: Full-Time (7:00 am - 4:00 pm)Salary: $20/hr - $25/hrJob Description:Rytec Electric is actively seeking a skilled and organized Field Coordinator / Electrician to oversee wire crews, manage project compliance, and supervise electrical work on multiple residential new construction builds within designated neighborhoods.Responsibilities:Lead and oversee Wire installation crews, ensuring adherence to company standards and code regulations for electrical installations.Manage punch-list checks and oversee light punch work, ensuring adjustments are addressed efficiently. Perform occasional light punchlist tasks to close out projects.Act as the Inspection Manager, supervising and managing a neighborhood of residential new construction home electrical projects.Provide leadership to ensure quality and regulatory compliance in all electrical work.Ensure work areas are cleaned and orderly after wire crew.Qualifications:Strong people and management skills to effectively coordinate wire crews and oversee electrical projects.
