Job description
Visiting Docs is seeking a field-based Director of Client Success to serve as the primary liaison between our organization and assisted living facility partners. This role strengthens facility relationships, supports resident enrollment, and ensures a consistently positive client experience.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can manage multiple facility relationships, resolve operational concerns, and work with internal teams across scheduling, billing, and service delivery.
