Job description
The Outreach Team is seeking a Field Director to lead voter contact campaigns in Minneapolis, MN. You will recruit, train, and manage a canvass team, set ambitious goals, and ensure accurate reporting and payroll processing.
You’ll lead by example, canvass yourself, and drive campaign success while fostering an inclusive work environment. Strong leadership, problem solving, and a passion for civic engagement are essential.
