Field ForemanThe Field Foreman will be responsible for all job site leadership, quality, and accountability.Responsibilities will include:Communication with general contractor's superintendentDay to day leadership of electrical teamDevelopment of less experienced electriciansEnsuring that projects are completed in accordance with the NEC and other applicable codesEnsuring that projects are completed in a timely manner and within budgetCoordinate job staffing, material orders, and job logistics with the Home OfficeReport to the Project Manager daily progress on the job siteEnsure proper timekeeping on the jobsiteDesire to develop and take-on superintendent responsibilitiesMinimum qualifications:2+ years leading electrical teamsExperience in all of the following:Communication with General ContractorsJob Site LeadershipJob Planning and LogisticsDesire to serve and put the good of others before ones selfComputer literacy and comfort working in a computer based environmentDesire to grow and learnThe position will require consistent travel in the southeastern United States with some work in the metro Atlanta area.
