Job description
CVHCare in California is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (Field) to monitor a patient’s health and develop an individualized plan of care in patients’ homes. The RN functions as a case manager while delivering quality home health services.
We offer non-remote, on-site care and flexible full-time or part-time schedules with weekend coverage; paid training is provided on-site in San Ramon to equip you for success.
