Job description
Desert Oasis Healthcare is seeking an Experienced Home Health Registered Nurse to plan, organize, and direct home health services in patients' residences in Palm Springs, CA. You will initiate and adjust the plan of care as patient needs change and communicate updates to the Clinical Manager and team.
The role requires a California RN license, BLS within 60 days, and strong assessment, communication, and customer service skills. A valid CA driver’s license is also required.
