Job description
The Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) at Cantex delivers skilled nursing care to hospice patients in their residence, coordinating with the IDT and families. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and manage care plans, and ensure regulatory compliance and quality patient care in the hospice setting.
