Job description
Rotech Healthcare Inc. seeks a Hospital Liaison – Respiratory & DME Services to bridge hospital staff and home care teams.
You will coordinate discharge planning for patients requiring Respiratory Therapy and Durable Medical Equipment (DME) at home, ensuring timely equipment delivery and patient education, while collaborating with Case Management and Continuing Care teams. The role pays $19.00 to $20.00 per hour, eligible for a bonus opportunity, and is Tuesday–Saturday, 9am–5pm at our Lakeland
