Flynn 7Brew is seeking an HR Business Partner to support California and Nevada operations. This field-based role partners with stand teams and leaders on staffing, employee relations, compliance, training, and NSO. Travel up to 75% to support openings, with a hybrid work arrangement from a home office and in-market presence.
