Ensign Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to align HR strategy with operations across Santa Rosa and nearby counties. You will partner with senior leaders, guide employee relations, performance management and workforce planning, while traveling to facilities.
This exempt, full-time role requires strong communication, Workday experience, and travel readiness up to 75%. DOE salary ranges from 75k to 103k with potential bonus, in a dynamic post-acute care
