Job description
Vale is expanding in Phoenix and seeks a hands-on Field Leader to manage Mobile Matcha Bars across the market. You will coach ambassadors, troubleshoot issues, and ensure hospitality and quality standards are met while staying accountable and proactive across locations.
You will work closely with the Phoenix Market Lead, coordinating between bars, supporting staff, and stepping in to bar operations when needed.
