Job description
American Cementing LLC is seeking an experienced Field Leader to guide field personnel and ensure safe, efficient operations. You will mentor Operators in Training and Supervisors while upholding company procedures and industry standards in the field.
The role requires a strong safety mindset, ability to coordinate with supervisors, and hands-on leadership across rig-in/rig-out activities. A CDL, DOT compliance, and oilfield experience are essential for this position.
