We deploy elite machinists to solve some of the world's toughest industrial challenges right where they happen, from power plants and shipyards to aerospace facilities and manufacturing sites across the globe.If you're an experienced machinist who thrives on precision, problem-solving, and hands-on work in ever-changing environments, this is your opportunity to build a career that's anything but ordinary.Responsibilities include:Performing precision field machining on industrial equipmentOperating and maintaining specialized machining equipmentHolding tight tolerances in demanding field environmentsReading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specificationsTroubleshooting machining challenges and developing creative solutionsCollaborating with engineers, project managers, and customersMaintaining the highest standards of safety and workmanshipRequired Qualifications5+ years of manual machining and/or field machining experienceStrong experience with Bridgeport mills and manual engine lathesAbility to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawingsProficient with precision measuring instruments and inspection toolsKnowledge of cutting tools, materials, feeds, speeds, and machining practicesExperience using hand tools, power tools, and rigging equipmentStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsHigh School Diploma, GED, or HSEDPreferred QualificationsTechnical degree or Journeyman certificationPrevious field machining experienceIndustrial maintenance or heavy equipment experienceCertifications & RequirementsValid Driver's LicenseOSHA 10 Certification (provided by IPM)Forklift Certification (provided by IPM)IPM Overhead Crane Training CertificationAbility and willingness to travel extensively, including occasional weekendsComfortable using mobile technology for timekeeping, expenses, and project reportingReady for Your Next Adventure?If you're a skilled machinist looking for more challenge, more opportunity, more travel, and more earning potential, this is your chance.Leave the ordinary behind.
