Job description
Field ManagerHigh school diploma or GED. 3+ years of experience in residential siding, exterior cladding, or construction field operations. Experience managing subcontractors, jobsite schedules, quality control, and builder/client relationships. Strong knowledge of vinyl siding and fiber cement products (James Hardie preferred). OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification. Ability to read and interpret construction plans, takeoffs, and scope documents. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work outdoors, travel between job sites, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
