Fire Protection Services, LLC is seeking a Field Manager - Service to join our growing team in Atlanta, GA.What you will do:Lead and manage our experienced Service TeamOversee jobs from start to finish, including:Soliciting job approvals from customersOrdering parts and maintaining inventoryScheduling jobsClosing out jobsAssist with estimates, billing, and paymentsSet the standard for others to follow and lead by exampleProvide phone supportEnsure customer satisfactionOther tasks as requiredWhat you will need:Experience in the Fire and Life Safety industry is a plus. We will also consider candidates who have experience with mechanical systems (e.g., HVAC, automotive, plumbing) or electrical systems (e.g., wiring, panels, circuits, phases).Management/Leadership experience is a plus.Skills:Strong problem-solving abilities, both independently and in a team setting.Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional internal and external customer service.Competency with online reporting tools for documentation.Attributes: Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and eager to guide and develop a Team.What you will get:Competitive salary plus bonus opportunitiesCompany health insurance and 401KComprehensive PTOCompany vehicleCompany laptop and cell phoneFire Protection Services, LLC was founded in 1988 as one of the first companies to offer a full range of services, saving clients money by combining fire sprinkler and fire protection system inspections.
